Shikha serves as a Research Analyst for the Greater Sacramento Economic Council. She received a master’s degree in Applied Economics from American University. Her passion lies in sustainable economic development and community empowerment. Previously she served in Peace Corps and led teams of volunteers in community development, youth development, and agriculture projects in remote villages of Nepal.

She loves to read books, hiking, and nature walk in her free time.
