Meaghan Stiles serves as the City of West Sacramento’s Economic Development Manager. In her role, she is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing economic development strategies, as well as acting as a key liaison between public and private sectors and the community. Meaghan previously worked for both the Port and City Manager’s Office and has been with the City of West Sacramento since 2020. Prior to her role with the City of West Sacramento, Meaghan worked for Congresswoman Doris Matsui as a Field Representative where she covered transportation, technology, energy, environment, and small- business related issues for the Congresswoman’s District office. Earlier in her career, Meaghan worked for the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce as a Program Coordinator and helped develop and run the local farmer’s market.
