Diane leads the business attraction program and has assisted over 75 companies to locate in West Sacramento, including Bayer Crop Science, TOMRA Food Sorting, Tony’s Fine Foods/Unfi, Bogle Winery and two international food processors, Nippon Shokken USA and Shinmei USA Foods.  

Diane participates on the Greater Sacramento Economic Council’s Economic Development Director Task Force and the Food and Ag Council.  Diane is a member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
